Job Description:
UCHealth is actively seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse for our
Medical Acute Care unit to provide top-notch care and leadership
during night shifts. Positioned as a key member of our care team,
the successful candidate will manage all aspects of patient care,
ensuring optimal delivery of high-quality care compliant with
medical policies and procedures. This opportunity is tailored for a

multiple hospitals and outpatient facilities in Colorado. Oversee
patient care to ensure adherence to established standards.
Supervise and mentor nursing staff during night shifts. Coordinate
with healthcare teams to implement patient care plans effectively.
Monitor patient progress and adjustments to care plans as needed.
Manage documentation of patient care and compliance with health
regulations. Ensure all healthcare protocols and safety standards
are met. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in electronic
health record (EHR) systems. Ability to handle stressful situations
and make critical decisions. Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare
regulations and best practices. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of Colorado. Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
