Job Description:

is seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our dedicated

high-quality nursing services to our patients across our hospitals
and outpatient facilities. The Nursing Supervisor will oversee
nursing staff, manage clinical practices, and ensure adherence to
established policies and procedures, all while keeping alignment
with our mission to deliver top-notch medical care. This role is
ideal for someone passionate about healthcare leadership and

patients and staff. Oversee the day-to-day operations of nursing
staff and ensure the quality of care. Train, supervise, and
evaluate staff performance to maintain high standards. Develop and
implement nursing policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and standards. Coordinate with healthcare
professionals to improve clinical outcomes. Manage patient care
logistics and resource allocation. Facilitate communication between
staff, patients, and other healthcare departments. Strong
leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Proficiency in clinical operations and
workflow management. Ability to handle high-stress situations and
make critical decisions. Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare
regulations and standards. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of Colorado. Certification in Basic Life
Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
Certification in Nursing Management preferred.
