Job Description Post-Acute Care Opening in Pueblo, COColorado Springs 42m This is a part-time position, 3 days a week; days to be determined 15 to 20 patients per day No primary night call Compensation is fee for service - expected compensation is estimated range of $248,000 to $276,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. * Part-time benefits including license reimbursement, medical liability and tail coverage, and wellness benefitsResponsibilities Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute care communities Inpatient rounding in skilled nursing facility, inpatient rehabilitation facility, and long-term care hospital Collaborate with other clinician interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelines Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safe patient transitions* Ensure timely documentation and billing through our EMR (Gehrimed) meeting Medicare guidelinesQualifications Board certified in family, internal, or emergency medicine Willing to train experienced candidates as well* Licensed in StatePueblo, COPueblo, Colorado, known as the "Steel City" due to the large amount of steel produced in the area, is a historic city in southern Colorado. The area is situated along the Arkansas River and features the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk where you can walk along the water and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
