UCHealth, a leader in patient-centered healthcare, is seeking a dedicated Transplant Coordinator RN to join our skilled team. This role is pivotal in coordinating all aspects of care for transplant patients, including pre-and post-transplant processes. Working within our nonprofit health care system, you will have the opportunity to support patients through their transplant journey, ensuring the highest level of care and compliance with all regulatory guidelines. Evaluate and prepare patients for transplant surgeries. Coordinate with medical teams to ensure comprehensive care. Facilitate patient education on transplant processes and post-care. Monitor patient recovery and ensure adherence to treatment plans. Liaise with donor and recipient families to provide updates and support. Maintain accurate medical records and comply with healthcare regulations. Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism Knowledge of transplant procedures and healthcare regulations Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado Certification in Clinical Transplant Coordination preferred
