Job Description:

UCHealth seeks an experienced Care Management Educator to enhance the capabilities of our care management team. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that align with best practices in patient care coordination and compliance standards. As an educator within our progressive health system, you will be integral in advancing our mission to provide top-tier, patient-centered care through innovative learning solutions. Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs for care managers and staff. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure training aligns with current clinical guidelines and policies. Assess learning needs and the effectiveness of educational programs. Provide mentorship and support to new care managers. Stay updated with advancements in care management practices and educational methods. Strong knowledge of care management principles Experience in curriculum development and training Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to assess training effectiveness and make improvements Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Case Manager (CCM) preferred Additional certifications in healthcare education or administration beneficial
