UCHealth seeks an Associate Nurse Manager for the L&D Birth

environment. Oversee nursing staff and daily operations of the
L&D Birth Center Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
and safety standards Maintain high patient care quality and
satisfaction Conduct staff evaluations and provide professional
development guidance Collaborate with other healthcare providers
and departments to optimize patient outcomes Manage resource
allocation effectively, including staffing and medical supplies
Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance
efficiency and patient care quality Lead initiatives for improved
patient care and safety measures Strong leadership and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in healthcare management systems and electronic
health records Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced
environment Knowledge of maternal and infant health best practices

401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in CO BLS/CPR certified ACLS
certification preferred Certification in Inpatient Obstetric
Nursing (RNC-OB) or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) a plus
