We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Treatment Nurse specializing in Wound Care to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality medical care and treatment for wounds in patients residing in our facilities, which include independent living, assisted living, and memory care units. The successful candidate will possess a deep knowledge of wound management and treatment, and a compassionate approach to patient care. Assess patient wound care needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. Implement wound treatment and management protocols according to current medical standards. Monitor all phases of wound healing, and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and family members on wound care procedures and prevention measures. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and enhance patient outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Strong expertise in wound care and management Ability to assess and diagnose wounds Proficient in using wound care materials and equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid RN license Certified Wound Specialist (CWS) or equivalent certification
