Job Description Nocturnist – Hospital-Employed | Denver Suburb | 7 On/7 Off | $350K–$375K Bonus A well-established hospitalist group is seeking a Nocturnist to join its team in a desirable suburb of Denver, Colorado . This is a hospital-employed position within a respected health system known for clinical excellence and community commitment. The group includes 17 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers and offers a supportive, collegial work environment. Position Overview: Schedule : 14 ten-hour night shifts per month (7-on / 7-off model) Patient Load : 6–7 admissions per night ICU : Open ICU with no procedures required; full subspecialty support available Specialties Accepted : Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Citizenship Requirement : Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary ranging from $350,000 to $375,000 , depending on experience Signing bonus and relocation assistance Full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, retirement, CME allowance, and more Community Highlights: Located in a vibrant, growing suburb of Denver , offering excellent schools, safe neighborhoods, and abundant outdoor activities Easy access to Denver’s cultural amenities, international airport, and the Rocky Mountains
