Job Description:
Job Description Desired start date: ASAP. Schedule: 2 days in
clinic, 2 days in OR, 1 flex day. Clinic: Average 8 to 12 patients
per day, with additional patients from 3-4 PA Documentation
System/EMR: EPIC. Practice setting: Inpatient, outpatient, clinic.

schedules ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS
NOTED OTHERWISE. TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of
eligibility and working towards Board Certification within 4 years)
or Board Certified in Neurosurgery - REQUIRED CO license (or
willing to obtain) - REQUIRED Clean Malpractice - REQUIRED Does the
provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional
