Job Description Job Title: Vascular Surgeon - Pueblo, Colorado Job Type: Full-Time (No Locums, Permanent Only) Salary Range: $450,000 – $530,000/year (plus bonus potential) Start Date: ASAP Position Overview: A leading regional health system in Pueblo, Colorado is actively seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Vascular Surgeon with at least 3 years of post-residency experience. Join a well-established and collaborative surgical team focused on delivering exceptional, patient-centered vascular care. Position Highlights: Join a growing team with 2 vascular surgeons and 3 PAs 3 full-time vascular technicians on-site Dedicated Hybrid OR with block time EPIC EMR used across the system Collegial, patient-focused work environment Not open to Locums or new grads Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery Minimum 3 years of post-residency vascular surgery experience required Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain Clean malpractice history preferred Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available) Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary: $450K–$530K annually Potential quality and productivity bonuses Full suite of health and retirement benefits CME allowance Malpractice coverage provided Relocation assistance available
