Job Description:
UCHealth, a leading nonprofit healthcare system based in
Colorado, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel RN Quality
/ Virtual Health Center to join our dynamic team. This unique
position blends traditional quality nursing roles with modern
virtual healthcare services, ensuring high standards of patient
care across our healthcare facilities. The successful candidate
will leverage both clinical expertise and virtual communication
tools to monitor patient outcomes, address quality assurance
issues, and provide exceptional healthcare services remotely and
in-person when traveling between our facilities. Travel to
different UCHealth facilities to implement and monitor quality
standards. Provide virtual consultations and support to patients
and healthcare teams. Engage in continuous education on the latest
healthcare regulations and technology. Participate in the
development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care
quality. Conduct regular reviews of patient care activities and
outcomes to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to evolve the quality of healthcare
services. Proficient in clinical software and virtual communication
platforms. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and
quality assurance. Excellent organizational and interpersonal
communication skills. Ability to adapt to different healthcare
environments and situations. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license. BLS/CPR
certification. Preferably certified in Healthcare Quality.
