Job Description:

is currently seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse for our Operating
Room team. The ideal candidate will lead a team of skilled nurses,
ensuring the highest standards of surgical care and operational
effectiveness are met. This pivotal role requires a keen attention
to detail, advanced clinical skills, and a passion for leadership
in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where the care and safety of
patients are the foremost priorities. Oversee the daily operations
of the operating room, ensuring compliance with all policies and
safety protocols. Coordinate and supervise the activities of the
nursing staff to maintain the quality of care. Assist in surgical
procedures and provide direct patient care when needed. Manage
staffing requirements and scheduling, maintaining optimal staff
levels for patient needs. Train, mentor, and evaluate new and
existing staff on current operating procedures and technological
advancements. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to
improve services and patient outcomes. Ensure all healthcare
regulations and safety standards are met to provide exceptional
patient care. Leadership and team management Advanced knowledge of
surgical procedures and safety protocols Strong decision-making and
problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments

401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) certification Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR)
