qualified candidates to apply for the role of Clinical Nurse
Coordinator Surgical Specialty. This role emphasizes excellence in
clinical practice and coordination of patient care in surgical
specialties, promoting a seamless patient journey from
pre-admission to discharge. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator will be
instrumental in leading nursing staff, facilitating
interdisciplinary communication, and implementing best practices in
patient care within our state-of-the-art facilities. Coordinate
care for patients in surgical specialties ensuring compliance with
healthcare standards. Lead and mentor nursing staff while promoting
teamwork across departments. Participate in patient assessment,
treatment planning, and documentation. Implement and monitor
patient care plans and adjust as necessary. Facilitate
communication between patients, family members, and
multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Ensure the availability of
necessary medical supplies and adherence to surgical protocols.
Evaluate nursing practices and make recommendations for
improvements. Assist in the management of departmental staffing and
budgeting. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of
surgical procedures and patient care planning. Proficiency in using
medical software and patient management systems. Ability to handle
stressful situations and make critical decisions. Compassionate and
patient-focused approach. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support
(ACLS) certification preferred. Certification in a surgical nursing
specialty is advantageous.
