Job Description:

system, as a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Electrophysiology (EP)
department. UCHealth is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient

facilities. As an RN in Electrophysiology, you will play a crucial
role in the management and care of patients undergoing diagnostic
and therapeutic procedures for cardiac arrhythmias. This position
requires expertise in cardiovascular care, providing a unique
opportunity to work in a highly specialized field utilizing the
latest in medical technology and treatments. Provide care before,
during, and after electrophysiology procedures, ensuring patient
safety and comfort. Monitor patient status continuously, and adjust
interventions as needed. Educate patients and families about
procedures, post-procedure care, and ongoing health management.
Participate in multidisciplinary teams to review treatment plans
and improve patient outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records and
document all procedures performed. Implement infection control
measures following established health and safety protocols.
Advanced knowledge of cardiac care and electrophysiology. Strong
patient assessment skills and critical thinking capabilities.
Proficiency in using electrophysiology equipment and technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current
Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Colorado. Basic
Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
certifications. Certification in Cardiac-Vascular Nursing or
Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialty (CEPS) is a plus.
