$125-$140/visit Re-evaluations (every 60 days)- $90-$110/visit
About Kids and Adults Home Health provides in-home pediatric &
adult OT, PT, Speech and Nursing services. We are now opening an
office in Arizona and need caring staff to join us in our mission

Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS Must be a graduate of a Physical
Therapy school approved by the Council of Medical Education of the
A.M.A. in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy
Association Must be licensed in Colorado Must have at least one
year of institutional/home care experience Must have a criminal
background check Must have current CPR certification
