travel job in Boulder, Colorado. Job Description & Requirements -
Specialty: Rehabilitation Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start
Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8
hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Provide skilled physical
therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and
facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation,
development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of
direct therapy to restore function and
mobility./nResponsibilities:/n•/tScreen, evaluate, and treat
patients as appropriate/n•/tDevelop and update treatment/discharge
plans of care/n•/tDocument services accurately and
timely/n•/tSupervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice
acts/n•/tCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and

APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)/n•/tActive
state PT license (or ability to obtain)/n•/tStrong communication,
documentation, and clinical skills/n•/tFlexibility to adapt to
