Job Summary and Qualifications Under the supervision of the Radiologist and supervisor, performs diagnostic and therapeutic angiographic procedures for patients ages adolescents through geriatric. Generates appropriate paperwork including requisitions, film jackets, charges and provides a complete history of patient. Responsible for maintaining expert technical and patient-care skills and provide quality diagnostic results. Responsible for supply/inventory management. What qualifications you will need: Completion of an AMA approved Radiology Technology training program. Current certification by ARRT with advanced certification in Interventional Radiology (IR). Must maintain current registry. BLS required. Attends continuing education activities to maintain knowledge and skill level. Prefer 2 years recent hospital angiographic interventional experience. Skills commensurate with formal training required.
