Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Family Practice - Discipline: Nurse Practitioner - Duration: Ongoing - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Staff Position Overview NorTek Medical Staffing is partnering with Gameday Men’s Health – Colorado Springs to recruit an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a full-time clinical leadership opportunity. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on patient care and clinic leadership, with the option for part-time clinical work for the right candidate. Designed for clinicians seeking predictable hours, autonomy, and meaningful patient relationships, this position eliminates the burnout associated with traditional volume-driven healthcare models. Full-time providers may assume Clinical Director responsibilities, helping lead clinical operations and develop a high-performing care team.
