A leading Functional Medical practice in Lakewood, Colorado, is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team of healthcare professionals. • Conduct thorough patient consultations and medical evaluations, considering the whole person, including their physical, lifestyle, and emotional factors.
• Assess the patient's overall health using various diagnostic modalities to identify potential deficiencies, imbalances, or dysfunctions.
• Partner with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that promote optimal health, wellness, and healing.
• Provide education, support, and guidance to patients, empowering them to take an active role in their health journey.
• Work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Showcase strong problem-solving skills and a passion for driving innovation in a fast-growing company within the dynamic healthcare industry.Requirements:
  • Active NP License in the State of Colorado
  • Active DEA license
  • At least 2 years of experience in clinical practice. A background in Primary Care is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in Integrative and/or Functional Medicine.
  • Completion of formal training in Functional & Integrative Medicine. Training through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient engagement skills
  • Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience treating digestive, hormonal, thyroid, and autoimmune conditions.
