• Patient intakes and admissions
• Client supervisions and visits
• Staff training and mentoring
• Participation in QAPI/QMP activities Requirements:
  • Active RN license in good standing
    
  • Home health experience preferred
    
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
    
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality care
    
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility for field work
