Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Travel Nurse. As a Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, assessing, and evaluating patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care, communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
• Float to various Centura locations within a designated radius, adapting to new environments and responsibilities as needed.Requirements
  • One year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a specialty area.
