• Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns in the NICU
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in NICU careRequirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado
  • Experience working in a NICU setting
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
