Doctorate from an Accredited PT program Current PT License in the state of CO or eligible to obtain As a Physical Therapist at Woven Care, you will: Deliver Specialized Care: Provide Physical Therapy services to children ages 0-21 across a wide range of diagnoses. Comprehensive Evaluations: Conduct evaluations, DME assessments, daily treatments, and progress reports to ensure thorough care. Detailed Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on client evaluations and treatments, updating plans of care as needed. Active Participation: Attend staff meetings and in-service training sessions, with opportunities to lead training sessions. Team Integration: Work seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of SLPs, PTs, OTs, BCBAs, and ABA professionals.
