About the Position: The therapist role is designed to provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients within the acute care, residential or outpatient settings. Additionally, therapists have the primary responsibility for treatment and discharge planning and interface with community agencies and referral sources throughout the client's course of treatment.

Requirements: Requires strong organizational and communication skills, working knowledge of personal computer, ability to maintain confidentiality. Able to complete required paperwork according to established protocol and regulatory agency requirements. Must be able to maintain professional and appropriate boundaries with clients and families. Ability to act professionally in high stress situations. Must be licensed as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT or be a candidate in the State of Colorado.
