Job Description:
TITLE: Outpatient Counselor/Play Therapist (Licensed, Candidate,
Intern) SCHEDULE: Semi-Flexible (Client Schedules) - Requires 3
evenings or 2 evenings and Saturday WAGES: Competitive Hourly Pay,
Free Supervision for Licensure, Free Supervision for Registered
Play Therapist, Low deductible health insurance (1/2 paid by
company for employee), Training scholarships STATUS: Full-time (40
hours p/week) JOB SUMMARY: At Be Well Counseling Services we offer
a warm and supportive community to grow and learn. We provide
individual, family, and group counseling to all ages in our
Colorado Springs centrally located office. We truly appreciate our

and our community. PERKS: Full time 40 hour per week salaried W-2
position w/ semi-flexible scheduling. Competitive Salary:
commensurate with experience and status i.e., candidate, licensed,
EMDR trained, RPT, etc.--- Productivity Requirement: 28 billed
client hours per week Health Insurance w/ low deductible-Company
pays -- of employee portion after 90 days 6 paid holidays per year

children! Be willing to work with children age ages 2+ Registered
with DORA (LPCC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT) Has experience working with
trauma/trauma informed Can pass background/substance abuse (no
marijuana-medical or otherwise) Has a great work
ethic/Self-motivator (no micromanaging here) Can manage time and
engage in self-care to promote wellness Contributes to a healthy
culture of open communication and collaboration Great communication
skills and inter-office skills Likes being around dogs-no dog
allergies PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Evaluate therapeutic
needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plan. Provide
individual, family, and group counseling in accordance with the
client's personalized treatment plan. Conduct psycho-social
assessments for each client to show clinical relevance of
treatment. Implement empirically supported treatment strategies and
accurately and professionally document interventions and client
progress in a timely manner. Maintain compliance with federal,
state, and local licensing requirements (to include continuing
education) and mandatory reporting procedures. Participate in
community outreach events (as necessary). Perform other duties as
