Continuing education benefits and discounted coursed through Colorado Christian University and Rasmussen University As a Home Health Wound Registered Nurses, here--------s a big-picture view of what you--------ll do: Supervise and coordinate wound care servicesAssist with providing direct patient care for our wound care clientsAssess wounds, determine wound care needs and frequency and communicate effectively with physician's offices, insurance and the wound care managerTeach and educate clients, families and coordinate care with other nursesUnderstand Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance requirementsMaintain a positive working relationship with local wound care clinics and physiciansPerform wound VAC dressing changes A few must-haves for Home Health Wound Registered Nurses: Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in ColoradoAt least
one
