Overview:Apple Grove Dental and Orthodontics is looking for a part-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team in Colorado Springs, CO! You'll complete initial patient screenings, conduct dental cleanings, and assist dentists with examinations and procedures. Our team is passionate about helping patients while also supporting each other and having fun together.Shift: Part-Time (Mondays and/or Fridays)Responsibilities:Keep detailed records of each patient's visit and update their health historyTake x-ray images of the patients' teeth to help dentists identify any oral health issues like cavitiesInform patients of all ages about how to care for their teeth by brushing and flossing on a regular basisWork with dentists to decide the best form of treatment for a variety of dental diseaseQualifications:Current CPR certificationMust have at least an associate's degree in dental hygiene; bachelor's degree preferredClear understanding and commitment to following HIPAA regulations and all safety guidelinesPhysical stamina to stand for up to 8 hours at a timeSuperb customer service and communication skillsPay rate: Starting at $45 per hour or more, depending on experienceShift: Part-Time (Mondays and/or Fridays)INDHRDH01
