Location: Colorado Springs, CO Status: Full Time Hourly rates: - - $73,000 - $75,000 per year with a $3000 incentive bonus Interim HealthCare of Colorado Springs is offering a sign-on bonus between the date of June 21, 2022 and November -30, 2022, for full time Case Managers. Job Requirements for the Registered Nurse (RN):

--- - Contribute to the patient's plan of care/service plan.
--- - Coordinate plans for patient discharge from services
--- - Coordinate care with other disciplines.

--- - Registered Nurse with active license in Colorado.
--- - At least One (1) year of recent clinical hands on experience.
--- - Two (2) years of current nursing experience preferred.
--- - One (1) year Home health experience preferred but not required.
