A management group in Colorado is seeking a Family Practice Physician to provide quality patient care for a Locum Tenens assignment.

Assignment:

Dates: 11/30/22- 4/7/23

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

1 hr unpaid lunch

Setting: Outpatient

Call: No call

Volume: 18

Patient Ages: 16+ (16-18 are few) mainly adults- Medicare patients

Procedures: No procedures- will let the provider decide what they want to do

Cases: Traditional outpatient IM primary care including preventive care, such as cancer screenings; chronic care for conditions like asthma, hypertension, and diabetes; and acute care for symptoms like cough, stomach pain, or high fever. IM- prevention, diagnosis and treatment of adult health issues and disease. Our physicians specialize in the management of acute and chronic disease processes throughout all stages of adult life.

Support Staff: Yes, will have a dedicated MA and full front desk. 1-2

EMR/Charting: Allscripts

Requirements:

Boards: Board Certified

Certifications: BLS; DEA
