We are currently looking to hire a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with previous home health experience to work alongside a physical therapist for our Colorado Springs location. Responsibilities of the Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) include, but are not limited to: ---- Act at the direction and under the supervision of the treating Physical Therapist and in accordance with the plan of care ---- Assist the treating Physical Therapist in documenting exercises in patient's chart and printing out exercises for home as directed by treating Physical Therapist ---- Participate in educating the patient and the family with exercises under the direct supervision of the treating Physical Therapist, and other caregivers Job Requirements ---- Current license as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Colorado in good standing. ---- Current CPR. ---- One (1) year Home Health Care experience preferred but not required.
