Job Description Start Date : 5/15/2022 Class : (CALL) Call Center Rep Length : 12 weeks Shift Hours : 8 hours Area : (ADM) Administrative Cost Center : (0400-7160) Health Link Positions : 1 Shift : Day Notes : Support COVID volumes/inbound calls for HealthLink call center, including scheduling for antibody therapies. Register new patients, schedule appointments, transfer calls to appropriate personnel, and coordinate communication between business units. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action. JO Location: Colorado Springs, CO Class/Area:Patient Access Liaison/Call Center Representative Start Date: 3/7/22 Bill Rate: $20.00 Length of Assignment: 4 months Schedule Details: Mon-Satavailable between 7am-6pm Hours per Week: 40 Shift and Time: Full time, days Weekend Rotation: None On-call Requirements: None Holidays Requirements: As needed Floating Requirements: None Experience Required: 1 year of recent call center or administrative experience. Basic computer knowledge and grammatical skills. Experience Preferred: License Required: None Certificates Required: high school diploma or GED required Client details: 20 NO BILL ORI hours
