a Nurse Practice Educator where you will function as a
practitioner, consultant, educator and facilitator for all nursing
staff focused on licensed nursing and certified nursing assistant
(CNA) orientation, nurse education, competencies evaluation and
maintenance, infection control (including employee health), and
clinical Point Click Care (PCC) implementation. Identification of
staff learning needs followed by implementation and evaluation of
program effectiveness is an key responsibility of this

individualized orientation period.

REQUIREMENTS: * A graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with
current Registered Nurse/RN licensure * Minimum 3 years full-time
or equivalent clinical experience preferred * Two years of clinical
experience in long-term care nursing with one year as an educator
preferred * Excellence in clinical nursing skills required *
Experience in Gerontology preferred * Training and/or experience in
