Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado Position: Home Care Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Status: Full Time Hourly rates: $20.00/hour PLUS mileage & benefits Shifts: Monday-Friday; Full Time Incentive Program: $3000.00 (paid out $750 30 days, $750 60 days and retention bonus of $1500 at 1 year anniversary) Take advantage of this incentive program Incentive program is available from 4/20/2022-5/6/2022. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will be responsible for providing personal care and assisting with activities of daily living as assigned to clients in the home setting. Responsibilities of the Full Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role include: --- Assist as assigned with activities of daily living such bathing, grooming, toileting and elimination, and adequate nutritional intake. --- Assist as assigned with ambulation, transfers and/or range of motion exercises. --- Recognize and document changes in client condition and safety and report to supervisor. --- Read and record client temperature, pulse, and respiration when assigned. --- Promote a safe environment during care. Job Requirements --- Must be at least 18 years of age. --- Current Colorado CNA license in good standing. --- Six (6) months of healthcare experience. --- Health Care CPR Certified. --- Ability to properly use a Hoyer lift, a slide board, and must have strong patient transferring skills.
