• This group manages several Skilled Nursing Facilities in family-friendly communities around Colorado Springs
• The position is full-time and consists of seeing patients in multiple local SNF's
• There are great schedules offered and minimal call (phone only)
• Providers travel to a couple local sites per day (SNF/LTAC/ALF/ILF)
