Job Ad Template OU.LOCATIONSummary:The Program Management Intern will work with the ProgramManagement group to support the coordination of time, budget, andresources to ensure successful delivery of a product/program. Thisinternship is designed to be both educational and practical. In thisposition, the intern will learn how to take skills acquired inschool and apply them in a professional setting. The candidate willalso have opportunities to network and work across multipledisciplines within the business in a fast-paced and growingSemiconductor and Space organization.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Partner with Project Management team to drive businessoutcomes and ensure successful delivery of products.Collect, assemble and organize and analyze data in order totrack and share metrics. Apply knowledge of policies, procedures, regulations (ex.Export compliance, intellectual property, etc.) and programmanagement best practices (PMBP).Assist in the development and maintenance of program levelschedule and budget; plan and communicate status to allprogram/project participantsManage the accuracy of deliverables and results andcommunicate to all stakeholders.Identify and recommend areas of improvement and besetpractices to streamline processes. Other Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare presentations/recommendations for diverse audiences,including executive leadership.Education & Experience Requirements:Currently enrolled in and working toward a Bachelor's degreein Electrical Engineering or Program Management.High school diploma and 1-2 years of relevant experience.Minimum GPA of 3.0Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage tasks in a fast paced environment.Strong detail orientation.Computer Skills:Demonstrated skills in the use of Microsoft Officeapplications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access.
