Job Ad Template OU.LOCATION Summary: Oversees monitors and reports on all security aspects of the CAESSpecial Security Agreement (SSA) requirements, CAES Securitypolicies and procedures and physical security programs andactivities at a CAES uncleared facility. Implements, managesto and ensures compliance with CAES security policies, proceduresand directives. Primary advisor to the Site VP/GM, executivemanagement, and senior leadership all site physical and SSA securitycompliance matters. Essential Duties and Functions: Implements, manages to and ensures compliance with governmentand company security policies, procedures and directives, toinclude CAES Special Security Agreement (SSA) requirements Primary advisor to the Site VP/GM or LOB leader on allphysical and SSA security matters and liaison to the localDefense Security Service (DSS) Industrial SecurityRepresentative on all matters pertaining to the SSA andsafeguarding and handling of controlled unclassified information(CUI)Serves as primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) to siteleadership and outside agencies on all physical and SSA securitymatters; partners with appropriate site functionalrepresentatives (e.g., trade, Human Resources, InformationTechnology, etc) as appropriate Assists in the development and implementation of compliancestandards supporting SSA requirementsConducts periodic self-inspections on local processes andpractices to ensure SSA compliance; accurately reports securityposture to site, group and corporate leadershipDevelops, conducts, coordinates and delivers all site andprogram-specific security education programs ensuring allfacility personnel complete appropriate SSA trainingPrinciple manager on all physical and SSA securityrequirements, with working knowledge of Foreign Ownership,Control and Influence (FOCI) policy and CAES security structureMay conduct security awareness briefings and debriefings,including counterintelligence, pre- and post-travel, andsuspicious contact reports to site personnelAssists temporary and permanent employees, interns,candidates, and consultants with successful completion of SSAvisit and interaction requirementsConducts investigations and completes Reports of Investigation(ROI) on all SSA security matters; makes recommendations tolocal Human Resources and supervisory personnel on disciplinaryactions; provides ROI to group and corporate leadership asrequired by CAES policyImplement all Corporate and Group Security direction, policyand procedures throughout the facility in support of SSA andphysical security requirements Oversees badging of employees, visitors, consultants andgovernment representatives to ensure compliance with CAES policyEnsures proper training and routine oversight of sitereception duties, to include badge handling and processing,visitor control and physical security managementMaintains proficiency in all physical and FOCI securitypolicies and practicesMay manage a staff including direct report personnel, guardforce or other security providers and consultantsSupports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission,values and culture of the organizationOther Duties and Responsibilities: Possesses basic knowledge of CUI (ITAR/EAR) regulationsOversees physical security and guard force operations, whereapplicablePerform independently, or with a group, on site, group orenterprise-level security projects designed to enhance thesecurity posture of CAESEducation & Experience Requirements: 8 years Bachelors degree or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience Bachelor's degree or equivalentbusiness training with 3+ years of experienceMust be able to effectively communicate with peers, otherfunctions and site executivesFamiliar with FOCI mitigation processes and procedures, withemphasis on SSA management preferredPrior supervisory or management experience requiredComputer Skills: Must be a proficient user of Microsoft Office software. Experience using Design of Experiment (DOE) or other statisticalsoftware is preferredSecurity: All applicants must be a U.S Citizen or U.S Person as defined byITAR (a lawful permanent resident or someone who is a protectedindividual as defined by 8 U.S.C.1324b(a)(3)).
