As the Global End User Experience (EUX) Leader, you are accountable
for ensuring the delivery of a consistent, reliable, and modern end
user experience for our global workforce of 16K (including both
employee and contractor). Your role will encompass strategic
oversight, budgetary management, platform optimization, and team
leadership to drive continuous improvement and innovation across
all facets of End user Experience. The globally distributed team
spans 15+ countries and coordinates efforts with more than 50
support vendors. End User Experience includes EUX Engineering,
Provisioning & Lifecycle, Helpdesk support, Asset management and
Device & Equipment refresh or collection requirements, Office,
Agent, and Owned Store location support.
The role is responsible for working collaboratively with major user
segment leadership to ensure EUX delivers on requirements and
expectations including Executive Leadership, Operations,
Technology, Sales, back office and others. You will work closely
with security and compliance to ensure devices are secure and meet
compliance requirements. You will also be the executive contact and
sponsor for EUX vendor relationship and vendor
management.Additionally, you will establish key metrics to provide
stakeholders with visibility into the compliance and performance of
the EUX environment.

Salary
The base salary range is $ 146,307.75 - 220,000.00 USD per year,
total on target compensation includes a base salary plus annual
incentives that align with individual and company performance.
Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications,
skills, and competencies.
