The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.Hours: Full Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with an occasional evening or Saturday.     • Manage and oversee the growth and development of the branch, including executing marketing plans, building relationships with retailers, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
    • Recruit, train, and develop branch team members to achieve sales goals and prepare them for career advancement.
    • Manage and provide guidance on new and refinanced loans, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Proactively address delinquent accounts by consulting with customers on past-due loan payments.
    • Provide an exceptional level of customer service and promptly address customer concerns.QualificationsWhat you should have:
      • Minimum of two years of experience in consumer lending preferred.
      • Experience in collections and/or management preferred.
      • Strong sales skills and knowledge of sales development strategies.
      • Ability to delegate, motivate, and lead team to achieve goals.
      • Ability to uphold compliance standards with regulatory, state and company guidelines at a high level.
      • Ability to attract, develop, and retain employees.
      • Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
