range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary
range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base
salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by
various factors, including but not limited to location, skills,
knowledge, competencies, and experience.Hours: Full Time, Monday
through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with an occasional evening or

StatesResponsibilitiesWhat you will be doing:
- Manage and oversee the growth and development of the branch,
including executing marketing plans, building relationships with
retailers, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Recruit, train, and develop branch team members to achieve
sales goals and prepare them for career advancement.
- Manage and provide guidance on new and refinanced loans,
ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Proactively address delinquent accounts by consulting with
customers on past-due loan payments.
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service and promptly
address customer concerns.QualificationsWhat you should have:
- Minimum of two years of experience in consumer lending
preferred.
- Experience in collections and/or management preferred.
- Strong sales skills and knowledge of sales development
strategies.
- Ability to delegate, motivate, and lead team to achieve
goals.
- Ability to uphold compliance standards with regulatory, state
and company guidelines at a high level.
- Ability to attract, develop, and retain employees.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent. Higher education such as
