Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Benefits & Projects in the
United States (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead ad-hoc benefit projects related to acquisitions, divestitures,
and outsourcing transactions
Create standardized processes and guide corporate communications
for A&D projects
Manage Health and Insurance 3rd party carrier relationships and
ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or Certified Benefit
Professional certification a plus
6+ years of professional work experience with at least 5 years in
Benefits A&D and communications work
Ability to analyze large volumes of data and develop insights for
targeted areas
Experience working in a high-volume, challenging environment
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
