Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director, People Business Partner
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a strategic partner to management, providing guidance and support on People-related matters
Provide coaching and support to managers and team members on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
Collaborate with the team to analyze People metrics and trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in a similar role
An HR Business Partner experienced in collaborating with diverse client groups
Experience in talent acquisition strategy and organizational development
Experience in a fully-remote environment is a plus
Experience in Learning & Development is a plus
