Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Account
Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive customer success outcomes by maximizing product adoption and
expanding revenue within the customer base
Lead and mentor a team of relationship managers to ensure unified
performance and customer satisfaction
Serve as the primary point of escalation for customer issues and
drive success across the company through collaboration with various
teams
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of work experience in Customer Success/Corporate
Education/Program Management
5+ years of leadership experience in a SaaS or high-tech
company
1+ years of Project Management experience/PMP Certification is a
plus
Experience in learning and development, Ed Tech, or adult education
is a plus
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a related field or
equivalent experience
