JOB SUMMARY:The core mission of the Account Manager (Outreach Specialist or OS) is to increase revenue from new and existing customers. This is an inbound/outbound sales position working with churches across the United States to help them do effective and efficient outreach and marketing through the products and services we offer on DUTIES:

  • Increase account base sales by 7.5% over the previous year.
  • Create pipelines, execute outbound call campaigns, and close sales.
  • Make, develop, and maintain key customer relationships.
  • Utilizes sales and church ministry experience to build a book of business, manage named accounts effectively, and meet department sales objectives.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with sharp attention to detail.
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Work with a strong focus on working through pipelines and internal processes.
  • Primary methods of customer contact are telephone, chat, and email.
  • Goal-driven environment that demands an energetic, positive attitude.
  • Patience is required with a high value on effective long-term relationship building, and a solid understanding of how churches operate.OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Ongoing interaction with colleagues, customers, and vendors more than 75% of the working day.

        • 2-year degree preferred
        • B2B Sales Experience: 3 yearsWORKING CONDITIONS:
          • Telephone and computer work comprises at least 75% of each working day.

          • Intermittent periods of stress are a few busy times throughout the year.
