The candidate will be the Strategy and Business Development (S&BD) lead responsible for the analysis and qualification of Critical Technology Investments based on solid Go-To Market StrategiesThe candidate will coordinate and facilitate across Business Areas, Lines of Business, Enterprise Operations and Major RMS Functions (Particularly Engineering & Technology) to develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive strategies, for which tasks may include:
--- Ensure alignment between the technology/opportunity roadmaps (business overlay)
--- Strategy partner to eTech to ensure alignment of eTech initiatives to RMS & LMT portfolio priorities
--- Develop business cases
--- Identify/capture CRAD
--- IRP Planning assistance and coordination between LOBs and E-Tech
--- Establish strategic partnership internally and externally (e.g., LM Evolve, LM Ventures, JTDAs)
--- Strategy and prioritization of CETO Funds and co-investments
--- Collaborate with RMS/BA stakeholders for customer needs/program insertions
--- Conduct CRAD customer meetings/briefings
--- Identify transitions to POR beyond CRAD execution
--- Partner with PM, TD, and Ops on value stream marking, supply chain strategy and adjacent market opportunities
--- Responsible for the analysis and qualification of emerging spaces where RMS/LMT has limited presence
--- Represent RMS S&BD to Corporate Workshops, Market Roadmaps, Technology Roadmaps, Investment Planning, steering groups and IPTs.
--- Ability to act on behalf of RMS Advance Concepts VP --- Coordinate demos and marketing
Basic Qualifications:
--- Active TS/SCI clearance --- Experience leading LM capture with the Lockheed Martin Win Plan
--- Strong understanding of Understanding of Technology and Development Program Management across a diverse portfolio.
--- High degree of business acumen, and ability to present complex analyses to executive decision makers in concise engagements
Desired Skills:
--- 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategy or Program Management--- Capture/campaign Management --- Customer relationships across Services, OSD and associated S&T Organizations
--- Executive level (both internal and customer) communication and presentation skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employeesSchedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensedThese condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $146,800 - $281,400 Please note that the salary information is a general guideline onlyLockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offerBenefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidaysRepresented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidaysPTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar yearThis position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
