With a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects, we are seeking a talented Estimator/Project Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.Position Overview: As an Estimator/Project Manager, you will play a key role in our project lifecycle, from initial estimation to project completion. You will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, coordinating project schedules, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong background in commercial drywall projects.Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate project estimates using On Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid software
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Coordinate project schedules and communicate effectively with subcontractors and internal teams
• Manage multiple large commercial drywall projects simultaneously
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Collaborate with leadership to develop project strategies and objectivesRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
  • 5 years of experience in estimating and project management for commercial drywall projects
  • Proficiency in On Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid software
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
  • Experience estimating for metal stud commercial drywall projects
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be located in or near Denver, CO, or willing to relocateBenefits:
