Job Description:
INNOVIM is seeking a Lead Training Manager to support the NISSC
II contract. Your career at INNOVIM enables NISSC to fulfill its
mission to "provide classified communications and processing for
Command and Control (C2) capability in organizational work centers
at NISSC sites." As a member of our team, you will support
corporate and customer mission to provide world-class IT services
and support that connects systems and users across NORAD in the
areas of software development/maintenance, network services, cyber
security, systems administration, and other mission-critical areas.
The Lead Training Manager is responsible for ensuring that team
members are adequately trained and developed to perform their job
duties. The Lead Training Manager will oversee a small team that is
responsible for working closely with the Leadership Team,
Functional Teams, and Agile teams to improve the quality of work.
This position could responsible for developing/performing training
and managing training plans.
Typical Duties include:
- Support SMEs in the development of training for their areas which
will create the optimum productivity and service goals are met and
exceeded
- Work closely with management and quality teams to ensure all
personnel are trained and plans are developed according to their
job description and workload.
- Respond to requests and service needs quickly and accurately
ensuring timely resolution.
- Collect Training data and trends to assess the effectiveness of
training programs and identify any opportunities for
improvement.
- Adapt communication style to address the needs of the individual
receiving the communications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders inside of Sustainment to make sure
that goals and metrics are achieved across multiple
departments.

Clearance Requirements: Secret
Educational Requirements: B.S. Preferred
Certification Requirements: N/A
Experience Requirements:
- 4 years of progressive experience
- Trained others on programs, processes, and computer software to
produce high-performing team members.
- Worked in a high demand environment in production or leadership
roles
- Shown proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically
utilizing PowerPoint and Excel in projects.
- Can learn new programs, processes, and computer software
quickly
