Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Operations/HR Manager for growing personal injury law firm. Springs Law Group was named one of the 2022 Best Workplaces in Colorado Springs. Responsibilities:
--- Hiring and firing of employees who are not performing to firm standards.
--- 90-day and yearly reviews of all team members.
--- Human resources compliance for the firm including payroll, 401(k), Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, and time-off.
--- Quickbooks analysis including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and communication with bookkeepers.
--- SOP team trainings.
--- Data analysis to present to founding partners.
--- Liaison between law firm and accountants.

Qualifications:
--- Prior Human Resources and Payroll experience.
--- Quickbooks experience.
--- Hiring and Firing experience.
--- Operations Management experience.
--- Data analysis.
