We are looking for a team to join us as a Drainage Lead/Project
Manager in Colorado; someone who can use their vast knowledge to
deliver quality products in a fast-paced environment and is
interested in challenging their skills with a wide range of
projects.

We'll ask you to:
Perform design and hydraulic modeling on all project aspects
associated with conceptual planning, detailed engineering designs,
and preparation of construction plans.
Responsible for drainage design including, but not limited to civil
design calculations, computer modeling, detailing, and plan set
production for roadway, drainage, water quality and utilities
projects with an emphasis on hydrology and hydraulics.
Perform hydrologic and hydraulic design calculations and prepare
reports, construction plans, and specifications as required by
assignments.
Coordinate design development and assist in providing technical
direction and mentorship to other engineers.
Provide quality control within drainage discipline to ensure
completeness and accuracy of design team work.
Peer review plans, help prepare technical specifications and
estimates.
Reviews drawings supplied by vendors, clients, and engineers and
recommends necessary changes.

Typical salary range for this position is $102,100 to $159,550 and
is commensurate with experience relative to the position. For
"remote" positions, salary to be offered is geographic
dependent.
Here's What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
Should have passed the PE exam and have or obtain professional
registration in Colorado.
Experience with design software such as OpenRoads Designer,
MicroStation, InRoads, AutoCAD/Civil3D, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, HY-8, GIS
(ArcMap), FHWA Hydraulic Toolbox.
Experience designing highway and transit drainage systems and
erosion control measures
Experience and/or interest with hydrology and hydraulics for river
systems, 1D and 2D modeling, and FEMA permitting, coordination, and
map revisions.
Experience with water quality analysis and design.
Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, including Word,
Excel, Teams, etc.
Demonstrates strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication
skills and capable of working with internal colleagues, clients,
contractors, and regulatory agency staff.
Team oriented with strong capability to learn, mentor, and work
independently while managing time and budget.
