Description:Affordable Plumbing, Heat & Electrical, operating for over 40 years in the community, is looking for an experienced Plumbing Manager. This is a great opportunity to get in with a fast growing business where everyone on the team is valued. The person filling this role must be able to effectively lead and manage a large team of plumbers, apprentices, helpers and field managers.   • 7+ years of plumbing experience (Journeyman License preferred).
  • 3+ years of leadership and management experience in plumbing or related field.
  • Sales oriented with past or current sales experience.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in business a plus.
  • A willingness to drive sales, develop individuals, and help grow the team.
  • Good character and ability to work with a team and our customers.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Neat, clean and organized.
