Colorado Springs-based, Diversus Health, formerly AspenPointe, is seeking candidates for the newly-created role of Chief Administrative Officer. Diversus Health is a community mental health center that has provided behavioral health services for over 145 years to 3-counties in the beautiful and scenic Pikes Peak region.The CAO will:

• Report to the President and CEO
• Interface with the Board of Directors
• Lead the development of both strategic and operational planning
• Oversee all operations, IT, performance improvement, business development, facilities and safety.
• This role will oversee a staff complement of 85 through 5 direct reportsmhca is a results-oriented organization that operates in a fast, flexible, and focused mode.
