Responsibilities

• 
  
• Prepare Version Description Documents (VDDs) for Mission SW, CCS-C, Bi-monthly OSCOTS, Bi-annual Keys/UTWs, Scripts, Training Data, and other miscellaneous products
  
• Schedule and conduct peer reviews, change management, and deliveries to customer
  
• Maintain and update CM/DM documentation such as Plans, Help Pages and Job Aids
  
• Participate in classified safe audits and other audits, as needed
  
• Maintain document libraries
  
• Perform trusted downloads
  
• Assist with controlling all classified and unclassified media
  
• Create and label media for delivery to the customer
  
• Interface with customer, systems engineering, test, and other team members
  
• Report Status in multiple locations
  
• Prepare and review CDRLs for on-time deliveries
  
• Participate in Agile activities
  
• Other miscellaneous tasks, as needed
  
  
  Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelors with 5 years of profressional experience, or 3 years with an advanced degree
    
  • Experience creating and reviewing documentation
    
  • Experience with configuration builds
    
  • ClearCase/JIRA/Confluence/Sharepoint experience -
    
  • Ability to work with classified documentation
    
  • Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
    
  • Experience with Version Description Documents
    
  • Agile Methodology Experience
    
  • Ability to interface with customers
    
  • Schedule Driven
    
  • Experience conducting peer reviews
    
  • Detail Oriented

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit, walk, stand and climb stairs and steps. May require walking long distance from parking to work station. Occasionally, movement that requires twisting at the neck and/or trunk more than the average person, squatting/ stooping/kneeling, reaching above the head, and forward motion will be required. The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, depth perception and telling differences among colors. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
